Refund & Return Policy — Terra Tactic

We stand behind every Terra Tactic product.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a refund, items must be unused, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging.
Products showing signs of wear, damage, or missing parts are not eligible for refund.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
All returns must be sent to our U.S. warehouse in California.

Refunds are issued only after inspection of the returned item. Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–5 business days after inspection for funds to appear in your account.
